Our Story
When SyndicationPro's Founder, Jacob Blackett, set out to begin real estate syndication in 2013, he found a void in the marketplace when it came to meeting his technology needs. Without at least $50M in assets under management, established real estate crowdfunding platforms would not work with him. So he decided to build his own online platform for raising capital for his business.
Through his own proprietary real estate syndication platform, Jacob quickly saw his online real estate fundraising efforts turn into millions of dollars in capital and thousands of new investors.
