Founded in 2016, Jacob Blackett spent two years building the product for his own real estate syndication business before working with Ameet Mehta to release it to the fellow real estate sponsors in 2018.

Real estate sponsors currently manage over $600mm+ word of capital using our real estate syndication platform. The majority of our growth is organic and through word of mouth. We built a better product because we use SyndicationPro every day in our own real estate syndication business.
